• What is the delivery time for my order?

  We will send your IXXI within 3 working days. Each package is sent with a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track the shipment online.

  If you choose a digital gift card, you will receive it directly in your inbox! 

• What are the shipping costs?

  Shipping costs vary per country and are calculated in the shopping cart.

   

  IXXI is not responsible for additional costs such as taxes or import and customs duties charged outside the EU. These costs will always be borne by the customer.

• Where can I find the invoice for my order?

  After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This order confirmation also serves as your invoice.

   

  Tip: Save the order confirmation as a PDF file. Use the shortcut CTRL + P. From the print screen, you can choose to save the document as a PDF on your computer.

• How do I hang an IXXI?

  In just 3 easy steps, you can hang up your IXXI on the wall without drilling!

  1. Click the cards of your IXXI together using the tools provided
  2. Attach the wall clips to the wall
  3. Click your IXXI onto the wall clips

• Is it possible to order individual tiles?

  Yes, it is! You can order individual cards with your own photos. This way, you can swap out photo cards or expand your existing IXXI.
