The production process of IXXI consists of an almost entirely automated (printing) system. Once you give your approval, your IXXI will be immediately put into production and printed. For this reason, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to manually check all orders for aspects such as resolution, irregularities, or positioning. Therefore, it is important to thoroughly check your design before placing your order.

Change delivery address
Since orders go into production immediately, it is not possible to change this yourself. In that case, contact our customer service as soon as possible at mail@ixxi.com. Please include your order number and the new delivery details so we can assist you.
