Every IXXI is made to order in the size you choose, especially for you. This way, everyone can bring home an IXXI that suits their taste in the size they want. It's also a sustainable choice: we don't produce unnecessary IXXIs and don't need to keep anything in stock.
That's why we can't offer a returned IXXI in our webshop again, and why an IXXI generally can't be returned.
You can, however, return the following products:
Is one of these products unused and still in its original packaging? Then contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll discuss the next steps. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping costs with a partial return
Returning part of your order? Then we deduct the shipping costs of your order from the amount you get back. Did you have free shipping? This applies as well. With free shipping, we cover the shipping costs for you, and these are still taken into account with a partial return.
